As a manager or owner, you may not wish to receive student alert emails. For example, when a student sends answers or chats, an email is generated to ensure that these are seen by those concerned when not logged into the platform.

If you have instructors assigned, they will receive these emails.

If you do not wish to receive them, you can turn this function off, under your profile.

  1. Go to Profile on the side bar.

  2. Scroll down and check "Unsubscribe from emails about student activity."

  3. Click Update.
