Free Plan limitations:
Overview:
There are only 3 conditions on the Free Plan usage (see: http://help.enlight.training/en/articles/7998123-enlight-plans-the-free-plan) - one of these limitations is you can only have two active (unlocked) students.
You may create additional student accounts BUT they will be locked.
Viewing active and locked accounts:
Tick and untick the "Enabled" and "Locked" options to filter students for this
Remember you can click "Save" to save your setting if desired - see http://help.enlight.training/en/articles/7191654-display-and-filter-option-settings
Locked students are highlighted as well as noted as "(locked)"
Not yet activated students ("Un-activated" - see https://help.enlight.training/en/articles/7191644-managing-student-online-enrollments) are highlighted differently but still say "(locked")
Changing students:
It is possible for you to change the locked/unlocked student if needed.
Go to and edit the student account.
At the bottom of the screen is the "Lock this student" option (this can be used in regular usage for locking out students you want to ban from accessing an Enlight course - see https://help.enlight.training/en/articles/3441647-how-to-block-student-course-access).
For either of your two activate accounts you will be able to select the "Lock" setting - then click "Save".
Once that is done and saved you will be able to go to a locked account and unlock it (untick the box and then save).
Note: If you go to a locked account and have two active accounts you will not be able to unlock it. The box is not changeable in that scenario - if you want to unlock that account you must lock another first, as above.
Changing from Free Plan to paid plan (and vice versa):
When you change from the Free Plan to a paid plan all locked student accounts are automatically unlocked.
If you change from a paid plan back to the Free Plan, all except two of your student accounts are automatically locked . When you change back to a paid plan again, accounts that were locked by the Free Plan selection are unlocked, but any accounts that were already locked (by you) prior to changing to the Free Plan will remain locked.
