General information:
There are a few dropdown menus that give you a list of your instructors to choose from.
A few things to know:
Only those of the owner, manager, supervisor, or instructor "user roles" are shown in this "Instructors" selection list
Disabled user accounts roles are not included
Names are sorted alphabetically
You can optionally include or remove the showing of a 'key' for their role. The keys are:
[O]wner
[M]anager
[S]upervisor
[I]nstructor
Disabling showing the keys:
To turn off showing these keys:
Go to "ACCOUNT" > "Your profile" > "Options"
Untick "Turn on showing roles abbreviation in user dropdown lists"
Managing roles:
If you have owner or manager role then you can see, create, edit, and disable roles.
Go to "ACCOUNT" > "Users"
